With the spread of mindfulness, I am finding the misconceptions have shifted a bit (maybe some of you have noticed the same thing), and I think it’s important to address them if mindfulness is to fulfill its potential.
That’s what my latest TEDx Talk is about, essentially pointing out that mindfulness and meditation are not one and the same, and neither of them is a “quick fix” stress reduction activity. They are much more powerful than that:
